No “One Size Fits All”
Let’s be honest: off-the-shelf parts rarely fit perfectly in OEM kitchen gear. It’s usually a headache. That’s why we customize everything from the length of the tube to the connectors. We use R7s or SK15 bases so the lamp just drops right in. No wiggling, no loose connections, and no scary electrical arcing when the machine starts vibrating. The Trade-Offs
Here’s the thing: precision comes with a price. These lamps react instantly, which is great for the food, but it’s a bit harder on your hardware. If you’re using high-frequency PWM to keep your temperatures tight, your relays and SSRs are going to feel the strain. You’ll want to be smart about your cooling fans and how you house the electronics. If you don’t manage the heat buildup around the sockets, you’re looking at scorched wiring. And nobody wants that.
