Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the thing about our commercial patio heaters: they’re built to be direct-radiant, not the kind that just warms up the air around them. We focus on delivering heat right where it’s needed. The heart of the system is a powerful infrared lamp, pumping out between 2500W and 3000W, and it runs on either 230V or 400V. We chose a 300mm tube length for a reason. It keeps the heating element tight and compact, so you can mount the heater close to people without needing a giant, clunky enclosure. The payoff? You get intense, focused heat right on the surfaces that matter.
Material & Design
The lamp itself is a halogen-style infrared quartz tube, tough enough to handle the constant heating up and cooling down, and even the occasional jolt from vibration. And the back? It’s coated with a reflector that pushes every bit of energy downward. No wasted heat rising up into the night sky—just a steady, powerful beam heading outward. Replacing the lamp is simple, too. It uses an R7s connector, a double-ended ceramic interface that handles the high heat without getting soft. When it’s time for a new one, it’s a quick, straightforward swap.
Application & Benefits
Picture an outdoor restaurant or a busy patio. People aren’t standing around to feel warm air miles above their heads. They want heat on their tables, on the floor, on their skin. That’s exactly what this heater delivers—a concentrated blast of infrared warmth that hits you where you feel it most. Now, there’s a trade-off to all that focused power. The housing and mounting hardware do get hot. So, you’ve got to wire it right and give it enough clearance to keep everything around it safe. It’s all about smart installation, so you get the warmth without the worry.
